I graduated with a double major in geology and classical studies- thus the theme for the website!
In the early 1980’s I became a Certified Financial Planner - (I no longer have that designation).
Three years later I transitioned into wholesaling financial products to registered reps and never looked back.
Real Estate Syndications to include LPs, Non-traded REITS and Delaware Statutory Trusts in the major RE asset classes- 11 years
